Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies
The Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies is a four-year degree chosen by students headed into vocational positions including the pastorate, the mission field, youth ministry, or women’s ministry. Others study with the goal of continuing their education on a graduate level. Still others are exploring what God desires of them, and find the context of a Bible education a good place to build a foundation in preparation for a variety of positions. For all, when combined with practical Christian ministry experience, the BSBS degree strengthens individuals for ministry both in the local Church and in the community.
The Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies combines four areas of concentration: Biblical and Theological studies (40 semester hours); Ministry studies (24 semester hours), General Education (39 semester hours); and Open Electives (17 semester hours).
