Minot State University, also referred to as MSU or MiSU, is a four-year institution of higher learning in Minot, North Dakota. It was established as a normal school in 1913. In actual fact, Minot State University is the third-largest public university in North Dakota, which offers undergraduate and graduate degree programs.

Undergraduate and graduate courses and programs are offered on campus and at a distance, through face-to-face, online, and alternative modes of delivery. Non-credit and professional training and experiences are offered to students and community members.
Minot State University is a member of the North Dakota University System, that consists of eleven institutions representing doctoral, master, baccalaureate, and community colleges.
MSU is proud to offer general studies and a variety of programs in the arts and sciences, business, and education and health sciences. A wide range of student support services is provided to on-campus and off- campus students.

Online Learning
Online Learning allows the student to do their classroom at their convenience. Some classes will have deadlines for homework and testing, but when students complete these is up to them and their schedule.
