Le Cordon Bleu officially opened its doors as a culinary school in Paris in 1895. Le Cordon Bleu's partnership with Le Cordon Bleu Schools North America further expands this influence. Admission
First-time students and transfer applicants must fulfill the following culinary school admissions requirements:
   1. Submit a complete application form.
   2. Include the application fee with the submission of application.
   3. Submit attestation of high school graduation or its equivalent.
   4. Participate in an admissions interview arranged by a Le Cordon Bleu Admissions Representative.
Prospective students whose native language is not English are required to provide proof of English proficiency (e.g., TOEFL or other English proficiency assessment) prior to admission or arrival.
