This program provides students opportunity to improve their leadership and management skills through a Christian faith-based M.B.A. program that provides them with the upward mobility and the competitive edge they need. Harding recognizes the need for balance among work, family, church and community and strives to provide a flexible program that allows fulfillment in all aspects of life. It's possible to complete degree in as little as 12 months. Students may choose from one of six entry points per year. No GMAT required. Online format provides networking opportunities with other students working in a variety of industries from all across the country and around the world. Online classes are taught for a six-week period of concentrated study, with required log-in activity five out of seven days per week. There are two blocks each semester. The Concentration areas available to students are the following: Health Care Management; Information Technology Management; International Business; Leadership & Organizational Management. The Concentration MBA curriculum requires the completion of 10 core classes, representing 30 credit hours of study. In addition to the core classes, students choose four elective courses, representing 12 credit hours of study, resulting in completion of the required 42 hours for an MBA degree. Some of the program courses: Accounting Theory and Practice; Ethics, Legal and Social Issues in Business; Financial Management; QBA/Research; Applied Theory of Economics; Ethics in Management Skills and Analysis; Managing People and Organizations; Marketing Management; Corporate Strategy and Planning.
