St. Clair County Community College, shortly known as SC4, is situated in Port Huron, Michigan. From the beginning it was originally established as Port Huron Junior College. It officially became St. Clair County Community College in 1967. The main campus is located in Port Huron, but it also operates a number of learning centers located in Algonac, Peck, Imlay City, Yale, and Bad Axe. St. Clair County Community College is a two-year college offering Associate’s, Bachelor's, and Master's degrees in wide areas of study.
College offers a comprehensive future-focused curriculum and prepares students for the changing global economy. The mission of St. Clair County Community College is to provide quality learning opportunities. SC4 provides a safe, comfortable, and affordable learning environment.
Degrees and Programs offered at Port Huron includes Certificate Programs, Associate, Online Associate Degree, Transfer Programs, Bachelor's Programs, Master's Programs and Doctoral Programs. We collaborated with eight universities to expand bachelor's and master’s degree options through our University Center. Moreover, students working with University Center Partners can earn Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees without leaving the SC4 campus. Online courses and associate degrees are available online through St. Clair County Community College. Options include Associate in Arts and Associate in General Education. Also students can complete an Associate of Business Transfer online.
SC4 has an active student life and the student government promotes several activities. SC4 participates in a wide variety of sports including volleyball, baseball, and golf.
The college is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and is a member of North Central Association.
