Parkland is a fully accredited, public community college in Champaign, Illinois.  The College was founded in 1967 and is housed on a 233 acre permanent campus. Parkland enrolls around 20,000 student annually, though only about a third of our students live and work in the Champaign area.  College has become a center for educational opportunity and community enrichment in east central Illinois and has earned a national reputation for excellent academic standards, innovative programs, and quality instruction. Parkland online courses offer high-quality instruction, small class size and personal attention at affordable price.

College has been specifically accredited for delivering online courses since 2001 and our courses offer the same high-quality instruction, small class size and personal attention as in usual classrooms.

Financial Aid
Financial aid is available in the form of scholarships, grants, loans (must be repaid), and part-time employment. Parkland College helps students with limited financial resources secure the funds needed to complete their educational goals.
