Distance Learning & the Virtual Campus
College offers many programs and degrees in a six-week and full semester format. These courses offer convenience and flexibility; however, they are not self-paced courses. Each course has scheduled due dates for assignments and tests. All online courses require a textbook, and some require special software. Students instructor is available to guide them through the online experience.

In addition to online courses, Lehigh Carbon Community College offers hybrid, enhanced and videoconferenced courses.

Accreditation and Approval
Lehigh Carbon Community College is approved as an institution of higher education by the Department of Education of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The college is authorized to award the Associate in Arts Degree, the Associate in Science Degree, the Associate in Applied Science Degree, certificates, and diplomas in specialized career areas.
