Online Classes
Online learning offers the opportunity for students to attend classes at times that will fit in their busy schedule. Although online classes are not self-paced, they do provide with flexibility as to when students “attend” class.
An online course is identical to a traditional face-to-face course in terms of the content that individuals will be learning. The difference revolves around the learning environment. Online courses utilize the Internet as the primary means of providing and delivering the course to students. Further, online courses don’t have formal meeting times and students have flexibility to “take” their online course during times most convenient to them. There are, however, set deadlines for coursework so students must be disciplined enough to submit assignments on time.
