Established in 1915, Citrus College is the oldest public community college in Los Angeles County, California. The College is a part of and is supported by the Citrus Community College District.
Citrus College strives to provide quality education to its students in a variety of fields. The College offers Associate level degrees, which prepare students either to transfer to a four-year college/university or to go straight into the employment. The Associate degrees offer broad-based foundation, while also concentrating in certain field of study.
Distance Learning
Distance learning opportunities at Citrus College include online courses and online degrees. Online courses are used to add the necessary credits to on-campus programs or to get and develop specific skills in a certain field for personal benefit.

Online courses and degrees are convenient alternative to resident classes and programs for students who live out of the local area, have transportation problems, physical limitations, or family/work responsibilities that interfere with attending classes on campus.
