Above everything else, I have not met a professor who wasn't nice and happy to help their students. Most of the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and approachable. I am so amazed at how much they know! The administration is great and the tuition for the quality education you get is quite affordable. I love this school so much, I hope to come back for my Master's here!

I have taken the Master of Science in Education degree program with the option of Online Teaching and Learning at CSEB. This was a great program. I learned a lot about teaching, learning, distance learning and instructional design. This is not a techie degree -- this degree will give you principles that you can apply to teaching and learning with technology and online. I still use the principles and tools I learned in this program. There were some instructors that I found difficult (I think a few were working too many jobs at once) but this just proves the contention that the online experience is just as human as the offline. The admin support of this program is just incredible -- very fast, responsive, and helpful. The instructors are all really good -- this program gave me a chance to experience a wide variety of teaching styles. The degree has allowed me to teach in colleges as an adjunct, work as a free-lance educational consultant, and get a full-time instructional designer position at a community college.
