Briarcliffe College is comprised of three for-profit career colleges in Long Island City, New York, Bethpage and Patchogue on Long Island, New York. The main goal of the college is to meet the career-oriented higher education needs of Long Island residents, preparing them for success in the business world.

Online Learning

That's why it is committed to making education flexible and convenient by developing high-quality, career-focused online programs for students who do not live within easy commuting distance to one of Briarcliffe's traditional campus locations across Long Island.
The college offers online programs that are entirely web-based, most content of which is also available through a variety of portable devices, offering multiple opportunities to interact with instructors and classmates throughout individuals' learning experience. Online students can expect one-to-one interactions with faculty, administrators, classmates, mentors and peers.
As part of online educational experience, virtual environment allows students to: interact and chat with classmates and instructors; join social clubs and participate in extracurricular activities; make new connections through your personal Career Services mentor; and check out our growing communities on popular social networking sites.
Online learning is right for those individuals who are motivated to advance their education but their schedule and responsibilities make it impractical for them to enroll at one of the Long Island locations.
Financial Aid
Financial Aid staff will assist students through the financial aid process, and answer their questions. The college participates in federal and state financial aid programs including: New York State Tuition Assistance Program (TAP), Federal Pell Grant, Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grants, Federal Academic Competitiveness Grant (ACG), National Science and Math Access to Retain Talent Grant (SMART), Federal Work-Study, and Federal Family Education Loan Programs. In addition, athletic, transfer & merit scholarships are sponsored by Briarcliffe College.
