Brevard Community College (BCC) is located on Florida's Space Coast, in a picturesque nationwide known area. Brevard County is famous for its nation's manned space program, busy cruise port, and its 72 miles of gorgeous Atlantic Ocean beaches.
Brevard Community College is an institution of higher education for more than 25,000 students annually. The College offers its programs at its four integrated campuses in Cocoa, Melbourne, Palm Bay, Titusville, and through its Virtual campus. Moreover, BCC offers an aerospace program at the Kennedy Space Center. Its diverse student body is comprised of high school graduates, business professionals, retirees, and people who are university-bound, seeking new career paths, or simply following a love of learning.
BCC is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. The College awards online Certificates, Associate in Arts, Associate in Science, and Associate in Applied Science degrees in a variety of academic fields including Accounting Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Criminal Justice, Computer Information Technology, Marketing, Paralegal, Programming and others.
The College is a leader in science and technology and hosts the Astronaut Memorial Planetarium and Observatory. A 2+2 program between BCC and the University of Central Florida allows for seamless transfer of credits from BCC's Associate's program to UCF's Baccalaureate. The partnership also involves the sharing of facilities and services with UCF on BCC's campuses, including the BCC/UCF Joint-Use Library, one of the most technologically advanced learning resource centers in the nation.
