The Austin Institute of Real Estate was purchased and established by Wayne and Lynn Morgan, who are now co-owners of this licensing school. The foundation for the institute’s vision and direction of work was laid by Wayne and Lynn’s experience and expertise in real estate sales, management and training.

Academics
All the courses at Austin Institute of Real Estate are aimed at real estate agents. The courses cover such topics as principles of real estate, contracts and agency, establishing a successful business and more.

Course offerings are constantly expanded. The variety of course delivery includes live, correspondence and online courses. The courses are offered in a number of fields of business and professional education. This includes:

Graduates of different programs are prepared to take Loan Officer Licensing Examination, Home Inspection Exam, Salesperson Licensing Exam and Texas Real Estate Licensing Examination.
